PrEP & PEP
PrEP Readiness Assessment
Six quick questions, one at a time, to see how ready you are to start PrEP today.

Step 1 of 6
Do you have a daily or regular routine you could attach a pill, ring change, or clinic visit to?
Can you reach a clinic or pharmacy that offers PrEP without too much difficulty?
Are you able to attend follow-up visits (roughly every 1–3 months, or every 2 months for the injection)?
Do you have enough privacy or support to use PrEP comfortably?
Do you feel informed about how PrEP works and the three method options?
Are you motivated to protect yourself from HIV right now?
PrEP can absolutely still work for you, a low score just flags a few practical hurdles, not a "no". Talk to a provider about supports, and remember a daily pill isn't your only choice: the monthly dapivirine ring or the 2-monthly injection (CAB-LA) often suit people whose routines are busy or private. Prevention is your right; the team will help you find the version that fits.
You look reasonably ready. Book a PrEP visit and talk through which method matches your life, the daily pill, the monthly ring, or the 2-monthly injection. Bring up anything that feels tricky (privacy, travel, remembering doses) so your provider can build supports around it from the start.
You're well set up for PrEP, strong routine, access, and motivation. Book an appointment, pick your method, and you'll be protected. PrEP is started before exposure and you'll have a quick HIV test first, so go ahead with confidence.
Educational only, not a medical diagnosis.
